Troop and Personal Equipment

     Since Troop 77 has been in operation for over 36 years, we have gradually developed an equipment locker to support Troop Activities.  Over the years we have upgraded to new technology.  

Personal Equipment

If you are new to Scouting talk to experienced Scouters first.

     To help reduce the cost of obtaining equipment to new Scouts entering the troop,  "experienced"  equipment that is ideal for new and growing Scouts.  Backpacks in various sizes are available for $10-$25.  All backpacks come equipped with a waist belt and usually available in various sizes.  Sleeping bags are the "mummy" style, down or synthetic filled, and light weight for backpacking use.  So if you are looking for a backpack, sleeping bag, or a personal tent, or need to replace one that you have outgrown, contact  Bill Goshorn.  Check the Equipment Trader page for items available. 

Experienced Uniforms

     We have a number of uniform shirts, shorts, and pants (most in smaller sizes), great for new and older scouts at a very reasonable cost.  Shirts about $5-$10, Short $3-$10, Pants $8-$15.  If you have any uniforms that have been outgrown, please donate them for others to use. Check the Equipment Trader page for current inventory of official uniforms available.

Troop Equipment

     From light weight backpacking tent, to fully equipped patrol boxes to backpacking stoves, equipment is available for checkout from the Troop Quartermaster.  Here is a general list of equipment:
